This blog is for remotely located beaders who are not near a bead shop that they can just drop into whenever they wish. I have traveled quite a bit since I have been a beader and the biggest challenge is finding other beaders where I am at the time. I do the typical Google search for Bead Shops. The search at least leads me to a place where beaders frequent but it does not necessarily mean that it will be a place where I can sit and work on my projects alongside other beaders. I have to admit I got really spoiled because when I lived in the DC Metro area there was a bead shop, Beads On Parade (www.beadsonparade.net) owned by Wendy where beaders could gather, chill out and just bead together.
